Ashantelar Fri Feb 27, 2009 9:07 amAs a member of Tel'Sindavathar, as with all guilds, there is a strict ranking structure in place to reward guild loyalty and to give individuals power to help maintain it. There are currently 5 positive member attainable ranks which are given through GL discretion, 1 rank reserved for alternative characters and 1 negative rank for demotion through undesirable behaviour that is not severe enough to merit a complete guild ban. There is also 1 rank reserved for individuals with authorative powers over the guild but this, however, can only be granted through consideration of either Guild Leader.
The ranks are as follows:
Lord & Lady - Reserved for the Guild Leaders only. Cannot be attained by any member.
Field-Marshal - Reserved for individuals of authority.
Major -
Captain - Officer positions each with varying level of guild bank access.
Corporal -
Aspirant - Basic member status and instant promotion after probation period. Limited guild access.
Initiate - All members start with this rank while on probation. Some guild bank access permitted.
Alternative - Rank reserved for Alts of current members. No guild priveleges awarded.
The Brig - This rank is used to restrict access to members who have been involved in undesireable conduct that does not necessarily merit an instant ban. No access to guild bank or chat and cannot join guild raids. Brig period is 2 - 7 days and used at GL's discretion.
