* Members will not cheat, use exploits, use bots, ninja loot, scam or use any other deceptive means of obtaining items and/or money. Members will follow all game rules at all times.
* Members will refrain from profanity, flaming, & rudeness in public chat channels, forums, private tells with other players, etc. Your actions & language reflect upon the guild as a whole.
* Moderate use of adult language, profanity, etc is fine for guild chat & guild forums but there is no need to for excessive and/or constant usage. During raids ventrilo should be used as a constructive tool for raid leaders to relay fight strategies and directions and all chatter during fights and loot distribution should be kept to an absolute minimum.
* Members will treat other guild members (as well as non-guild members) fairly and with respect. You do not have to like everyone; but you do have to be able work with them to achieve progress.
* Members professions are free to other members - we don't charge guild members to enchant/tailor/inscribe etc...(obviously if you want a service you provide the reagents)
* The leadership feels that in order for a guild to be successful it requires dedication from a member to focus on a single main character. Therefore, members are encouraged to actively play their 'main character'. Members who dissappear for more than 2 weeks without prior notice may be removed from the guild.
* Members must check the website daily, read the forums, and read up on raid instances they are partaking in.
* Members must follow guild rules, procedures, and policies.
* Guild policy & rules are subject to change based upon officer approval. Such changes will be posted with an effective date. In cases of disputes or conflicts the officers will use the intent of the rule to make a decision and then the necessary rule will be corrected and/or clarified as needed.
* Members will not give out confidential information about other members without consent from the member. This includes (but is not limited to) things like: e-mail address, name, phone number, photos, instant message contacts, etc.
* Members will not give out confidential guild information to anyone not in Tel' Sindavathar. This includes (but is not limited to) things like: Website access, internal discussions etc.
* There is a difference between venting to a friend privately about minor issues and purposely dragging guild morale down. If someone is unwilling to communicate problems to leadership and work on a constructive solution, or is just genuinely unhappy with overall guild personality or philosophies then they should leave and find a guild that is a better match and allows everyone to play the game how they best enjoy it.
* If you quit you must re-apply for admission and all privileges/rank in your account is wiped out. Be very sure that you are not making a rash decision before you take this action.
* If you are removed from the guild you must re-apply for admission and you will loose your previous rank/raid privileges
* Most importantly we would like to have a friendly, mature atmosphere as well as lighthearted fun. If this is not for you then this is not the guild for you.
